These guys are first class. Started using Cochran this past summer and they have been the absolute best. Had a furnace down Saturday morning. Called and Dave answered instantly. Explained what happened and he walked me thru the process to get the furnace back up and running. Who does that in today’s world? He could have easily come out and charged me for the call.
